Returns

Our policy allows you to return the item up to 14 days from you receiving it.

Returning an item is at the customers cost. All liability is with the customer until the parcel arrives at the HQ.

Please ensure all parcels are packaged securely before posting your items to us. All item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as sold to you with all original labels still attached & in the original packaging.

You can also return free of charge to our London store.

Any refund for returned items will be subject to our returns policy, click here to view.

Processing your refund:

Once we heve received your returned item and it has passed our return criteria, we will process your refund right away.

Funds can take between 5-7 working days to return to your account depending on payment metod used and who you bank with.

If you have any issues with your item or problems in getting the item back to us within the required time frame, please get in contact with us as soon as possible. Decision on processing refunds outside of the 14 day return period will be at our discretion.

Customs

We understand that our fellow Bag Spa appreciators live far and wide. In the instance your order is being shipped outside the U.K, you will be liable to pay the custom charges where applicable. All items will be declared at full purchase price when shipped outside of the United Kingdom.
